I am moving in with a friend and need to Sublease my apartment ASAP!! Grindstone Canyon Apartments are in great condition and I will clean the bedroom so that it looks like no one has lived in it! There is a bathroom in room with a mirror and good sized shower, the closet is good size with quite a bit of space, there is a dresser, a desk, a night stand, and a bed. The entire apartment is fully furnished. There is free internet, tanning, exercise room, and cable. ALL utilities are included in the rent!! I have a female roommate so my subleaser must me female as well! She has 2 cats who are very cute and she is very nice! The laundry room is big and so are the washer and dryer!
