I was convicted of a felony and sentenced to 20 years in prison,of which under the Mandatory mininmum Laws. I was suppose to only serve 12 years or 60% of prior to being eliglble for Parole. Due to an error on the part of Missouri Probation and Parole. I was required to serve 18 years before this error was corrected and i was released. Under Statue the State is requried to allow me Parole Release consideration once the Mandatory Protion of my sentence was served. I sholuld have therefore been allowed  my first Parole hearing in xxxx. I was not given my first Hearing until xxxx,eight years after i was entitled to one by Law. Upon my release I was advised to get an Attorney to address this matter,as i may be entitled to some monetary damages? I am seeking Representation on a contengency Fee basis, for Monetary damages and for early release from Parole Status.
